Very disappointed in this place. The PAs are like car salesmen!! They can’t discuss your problems because they are not knowledgeable!! They push procedures and drugs!! I saw a wonderful doctor for many years who retired, now it’s the PAs that are responsible for your care.

Hard to get an appointment. They charge 40.00 for FMLA/ 20.00 for STD documents and they don't even fill them out correctly or timely. They know how to money grab their patients. Trying to reach someone by phone is impossible. They ask you to be 15 mins early only for Dr. Bates to keep you waiting at minimum an hour before he even sees you because he is ALWAYS running late. Long story short so somewhere else.

Made an appointment for my brother for issues dealing with memory. They canceled appointment and did not give a reason why. Rescheduled another appointment. Show up to the appointment the day of, to find out it was canceled again, without a call or any notification. Told by the receptionists, it was because they dont accept the insurance. Why wouldn't they say that the first time or cancel the second appointment? Because they don't care about patients time at all in something that is time sensitive health issue. Nice customer service.

This place is # 1 a life saver for sure. They have the latest technology and always doing research. Dent also has the latest medications but several options of meds that will help you. They take care of you there they sure do me. Only thing is they are really hard to reach on the phone the absolutely best way to reach them is download the portal app. There you can send a message directly to your care team they will get to you.

Good doctors and staff, caring and always willing to do what they can to help. Wish there was a Tele health option considering the cost of an appointment just to get a prescription renewed. Lots of services on site makes it very easy to get any neuro issues resolved.
